Condo in Miami on the market today

A Miami Beach condominium listed for $9.9 million was the most expensive home to hit the South Florida market today.
Agent Lina Barcelo with Continuum South Beach Realty, the exclusive firm handling sales for the tower, had the listing for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home at 50 South Pointe Drive, located south of Fifth Avenue.
The 2,173-square-foot pad on a high floor offers “breathtaking” panoramic views of downtown Miami’s skyline and South Beach from its floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound terraces. The tower itself features two heated lagoon-style pools, three tennis courts, and a steamroom and sauna that offer spa services.
